My philosophy is simple: We’re all human, and that’s where we start. I strive to make sure you feel heard and seen, and I’m here to justify your emotions in a way that’s both responsible and productive. Whether we’re tackling depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, or ADHD, my goal is to help you manage your life holistically. If I’m not the right fit for you, I’ll gladly help you find someone who is—because advocating for yourself is crucial.

I’m Tashana Turner, but you can call me T. I began my journey as a substance abuse counselor in 2016, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with teenagers and helping them thrive. As a “non-traditional therapist,” I approach therapy as a human first, fostering connections that are genuine, transparent, and full of energy. My style is forward and lively because I believe in meeting you where you are—real, raw, and ready to grow.

Additionally, I focus on time management and helping you get your entire life on track, using holistic approaches that consider every aspect of your well-being.

I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)—where I like to say, “put your thoughts on trial.”
