In our sessions together, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical skills for managing stress, improving relationships, and enhancing overall well-being. CBT helps us understand and change negative thought patterns, while DBT offers effective tools for emotional regulation and mindfulness.

Welcome! I’m Allie Fields, a Licensed Social Worker passionate about supporting you on your journey to mental wellness. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered to tackle life’s challenges. I offer effective, evidence-based tools that help you manage stress, build resilience, and achieve lasting positive change.

  • Anxiety & Depression: We’ll work together to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, giving you tools to manage symptoms and feel more balanced.

  • Emotional Regulation: We are supposed to feel a range of emotions, and some of those emotions can be tough to experience. I’ll help you practice skills to successfully manage those difficult emotions.

  • Life Transitions: Whether you’re facing a big change or seeking new direction, I’ll help you navigate these shifts with clarity and confidence.

  • Relationship Issues: From communication challenges to conflict resolution, we’ll explore ways to strengthen your connections with others.
